These Terms & Conditions apply to any transfer booked through barcelonatransfers.es, by WhatsApp, phone or email. By requesting a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking process

Bookings are requested through our website form, WhatsApp or phone. A booking is only confirmed once we reply with a fixed price and confirmed pickup details. Sending a request does not automatically guarantee availability.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on the website for each service type are indicative starting prices. The final price for your specific route, date, time and vehicle is confirmed directly with you before the booking is finalized. Confirmed prices are fixed and will not change on the day of travel, except in cases of significant changes to the route or pickup requested by the customer.

3. Payment

Payment can be made online in advance or in cash directly to the driver, as agreed at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge, which will be communicated at the time of booking. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

5. Flight and cruise delays

For airport and cruise port pickups, we monitor flight and ship arrival times and adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge, within reasonable limits. Significant delays should still be communicated to us via WhatsApp.

6. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information, being ready at the agreed time and location, and informing us in advance of any special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, extra luggage, etc.).

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, punctual and professional service. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, strikes, or incorrect information provided by the passenger.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
